Experience Requirements:

• active-duty military personnel who are approved by their Chain of Command to participate in the DoD Skillbridge program.

• This is a Department of Defense (DoD) SkillBridge internship opportunity designed for junior military officers (O1–O3 or equivalent) interested in operations and program management.

• all service members with honorable service and at least 180 days of continuous Active Duty.

• Participation must occur during the final 180 days of service and be completed before separation.

Other Requirements:

• This position is exclusively available for active-duty military personnel who are approved by their Chain of Command to participate in the DoD Skillbridge program.

• This is not a remote position. Candidates must be able to work onsite from our downtown San Francisco OR Hayward, CA office.

Responsibilities:

• Lead and coordinate the end-to-end introduction of new hardware and software products

• Work in internal cross-functional teams (engineering, manufacturing, supply chain, quality) and external manufacturing partners

• Develop detailed project plans, manage schedules, and proactively identify and mitigate operational risks.

• Facilitate effective communication among stakeholders, providing regular updates and resolving roadblocks.

• Oversee prototype builds, validation, and testing, ensuring quality and timely delivery.
