Responsibilities:

• Work with Customer Success and Implementation teams to stand up new clients, with a focus on communication, speed, and data quality

• Review audit results for utility invoices and determine next steps

• Communicate with utility companies and energy suppliers to manage billing issues

• Obtain required data from clients, format and reconfigure as necessary, and set up within WatchWire’s platform

• Identify and resolve data gaps

Education Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field

Experience Requirements:

• 3-5 years of professional software development experience

• Experience in Java, Python, SQL, and PostgreSQL

• Expertise in architecting and implementing microservices and RESTful APIs

• Proven experience with DevOps, CI/CD, and AWS

• Experience in data engineering

Other Requirements:

• Strong understanding of Object-Oriented programming concepts and design patterns

• Familiarity with software development methodologies such as Agile, Scrum, or Kanban

• Knowledge of version control systems such as Git
