Of course you can! You can upgrade or downgrade an organization's plan as needed.
What is your cancellation policy?
We understand that things change. You can cancel your plan at anytime in the admin console and your plan will not renew at the end of the current billing period. You will continue to have access through the end of the current billing period.
What is a page?
A page is 3KB of extracted text.
Do I have to use your API to query my data?
No, you can query data via our API, retrieval endpoint, or query your vector database directly.
How do I change my account email?
Please contact us for help changing the email associated with your account, or for setting up a separate billing contact for your organization.
How does usage-based billing work?
Vectorize bills based on the number of pages processed, which is tracked per organization. You get a fixed amount of processing per plan, and can pay for additional processing and retrievals above and beyond that.
