What setup do I need to perform an assessment with Uplift?
Uplift only requires an iPhone or iPad mounted on a tripod (and enough space to capture an athlete’s full movement via video).
What assessments are available?
Uplift currently includes a jump assessment that uses two varieties of countermovement jump (arm swing and hands-on-hips) to evaluate an athlete’s lower body power.
How quickly do I get results?
Uplift’s AI-powered algorithms analyze every movement in full 3D to create a personal movement snapshot for each athlete.
Can I compare my jump results with others?
Yes. Uplift includes the ability to create private groups and invite your friends, teammates, or the athletes you coach.

How long does it take for captures to be uploaded and analyzed?
Uploads depend on the number of captures and your internet speed. Processing and analysis of most sessions completes within 10 minutes.
Is there a limit on how many players I can capture?
Uplift does not limit the number of athletes you can capture or athlete profiles that you can create.
How many MLB teams use Uplift?
Uplift currently works with Major League Baseball (MLB) and over a third of all MLB teams for player development, talent identification, and movement assessments.
