Do you offer a free pilot?
Subscriptions have a minimum initial term of 13 months, including a one-time, free pilot phase during which they can be canceled without payment obligation. After the successful completion of the pilot phase, the full subscription term will be invoiced.
Do you offer a flat fee subscription as well?
Our subscriptions are practically flat fee. They contain several fair use limits, though. This is because usage is equal to cost for us, and we would like to avoid the situation where we make a loss.
What is a conversation?
A conversation is essentially a user session, in which a user sees and interacts with the conversational components, either by messaging or in any other way.
What counts as a response?
A response means that a user directly interacted with the messaging component, resulting in the AI returning a message. This message is what we call a response. It is more or less equal to one of your users asking a question, possibly saving you a churned user or a customer support ticket.

Do you offer any free trials or demos?
While we do not offer free trials, we do provide demos. Our demos give you a comprehensive overview of our product's features and capabilities, and our team is available to answer any questions you may have.
What happens when I fill in the form?
Once you fill in the form, someone from our team will get in contact with you to explain in detail what's possible with our product and answer any preliminary questions you might have. If it's a good match, we can then showcase the product in action!

How does Unless work?
We help organizations open up their proprietary knowledge with the help of generative AI. You can train an AI model with many sources, like a knowledge base, documents or your website. Our system will then address potential gaps in your documentation and help you fixing those in a continuous feedback loop. From then on, your customers and your team can engage in conversations with AI assistants through many channels.
Do I need technical skills?
We take pride in the fact that non-technical staff can manage everything. Our platform is self-service, and we also offer onboarding training to upskill you when needed.
Is the Unless AI unbiased?
The responses of our AI models depend entirely and only on the sources that your organization uses to train them. So, external bias does not play a role.
How does Unless ensure data privacy?
Our platform has built-in constraints to prevent personal data leakage. For example, our AI Privacy Safeguard operates like a switch that stores PII in a protected data storage facility called "Privacy Vault", while feeding the AI model with anonymized tokens instead.
