Is it okay if I share my account with a colleague?
We appreciate the spirit of sharing, but our accounts are designed for individual use. However, for larger teams, we have a school account option that provides multiple seats.
I've changed my mind. Are refunds possible?

What exactly are the "Basic Tools"?

Yes, if you subscribe to our monthly Twee Pro Plan, you will be automatically charged every month until you cancel your subscription.
If I change my mind, when do I need to cancel the plan?
You can cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings. Even if you cancel now, your subscription will remain active until the end of the current billing period. You can find the exact end date in your account settings.
How do I switch to the annual plan?
Cancel your monthly subscription through your account settings, and then, at the end of your current subscription period, subscribe to the annual Pro Plan.
Do Pro media limits reset on the first day of each month?
Your subscription starts on the day you make the payment, so the media limits reset on the same date each month. You can check this date in your account settings.
