Do you offer an API for my app / website to use?

Can i download the voices for my own / offline projects?
No, the voices are not downloadable. They are part of the Amazon Web Services, and the specific voice synthetization service is called "Amazon Polly". Find more information about Amazon Polly [here](https://aws.amazon.com/de/polly/).
Can you please add more voices, i need language X or i need a male/female speaker for language X
The voices used on this website are provided and developed by the Amazon Polly service team, which are doing a great job at constantly bringing out new languages. While we do pass the information which new languages are most demanded, we are not making the decision on what will be added next.
Can i get an invoice for my purchase?
Yes you can, please e-mail us and we will provide you with an invoice for your purchase. We will need your full address and if you are located within the EU (and if your purchase was for a company) also the VAT id of your company
I purchased one of the packages for speech conversion but did not get any login information
Your login information is displayed right after you make your purchase. In addition to that, you will also get an e-mail with your login information. If you can not find the e-mail, please also check your Junk / Spam Folder. If you still can't find it, please contact us.
