What about the pedagogy?
teachology.ai was designed by ex-teachers, in consultation with current classroom teachers and global education industry professionals. It is designed to overlay pedagogical concepts into the OpenAI models, to help you draft outcome-driven, diverse teaching and learning resources.
How are you thinking about AI in general?
AI has many applications, but we think it works best in the hands of skilled educators. Our focus is on removing the guesswork of interacting with AI in a meaningful and safe way, and instead give you the head start and the tools you need to craft your best lessons, resources, student feedback and more.
Do you support my curriculum?
The platform is agnostic in the sense we focus the AI on specific outcomes and learning objectives of the lesson, assessment or feedback. As long as you can identify the outcomes and objectives that need to be addressed the AI can help you draft something.
What happens to content I upload?
When you upload content, our robots examine it and break it down into small slices. We then look carefully at each slice to see what's in it, and how it's all connected before saving it securely in your account. No one else can access your data unless you share it with them or via an API integration. You'll also be able to see the slices and the data we learned about your content. At any point you can delete or disable your content from being referenced.
Do you help Publishers or Content Providers and Deliverers?

Is this ChatGPT / Using ChatGPT?
No. But like ChatGPT we access the underlying OpenAI technology, specifically the GPT 3 and 4 models, and models from other LLM providers including Llama 2 from meta, and Falcon from TII. This means that even if your school or district ban ChatGPT, you can still use all the features of teachology.ai
Will my results be biased by my other requests?
No. Because we use the API, each request is unique to the context and carries no bias from previous requests. While our product learns more about the types of things you have generated, it has no impact on the results of generated content.
Is my data being used to enhance your models or training data for AI?
No. We have our own private Azure OpenAI instance in UK, US, EU and we do not opt in to the OpenAI data service or model improvement sharing. We also maintain or own private deployments of Llama, Stability AI models and Falcon models. While our platform gets a better understanding of the lessons and content you create, none of it is then used by OpenAI, Azure, or others to enhance their models, services or training data.
How do I cancel my subscription?
To cancel your subscription, head to the [My Profile](/profile) page and click 'Manage Subscription'. This will open Stripe where you can cancel your subscription.

You will be able to continue using teachology.ai until the end of the period you have paid for. This will also be shown on your [My Profile](/profile) page.
How do I permanently delete my account?
We believe regardless of where you are, you have the right to privacy and to be forgotten. If you request it, we will remove your account and delete all the associated data. You can do this from the [My Profile](/profile) page by clicking 'Delete my Account'.
