Why tokens? Cannot be a simple subscription?
We cannot use a simple subscription because Ai cost per usage and we cannot allow people to use it without limits. Anything non Ai related like creating templates or scheduling posts does not consume tokens.
When are tokens used?
Tokens are only used to generate Ai related content, like new posts or replies. To create templates or schedule or all other things are free to use with a subscription.
The email used for stripe payment is the login email?
Yes! The email that you are going to use for the payment will be reserved as email for your login.
Do tokens reset every month?
Yes, tokens reset every 30 days from the start of your subscription.
What happens if I finish all my tokens?
You still can do all non Ai related things, if you need more tokens you can buy them with a one time purchase on your profile.
Which AI technology is used?
We try to use the latest Ai model available and the one that gives more natural human like responses, currently GPT-4o.
Do you offer refunds?
Yes, if you use 50 or less tokens you are eligible for a refund. Send DM me on twitter(faster) at @Aspiiire1 or send an email to support@exiiit.com with the reason for the refund.
What are the supported languages?
The Ai generated content uses the latest GPT supported languages.

Is my data safe?
Yes, your data is safe! I know I sound like all the other companies that sell data, but I don't retain the comments that you generate and I don't save or access your social details, the only thing retained is your email and your details provided during signup with the chosen provider.
I have to pay a subsription for each social media account?
Nope, once you are subscribed, you can login and you Super Comments account will allow you to generate comments for any account you have.
What if I run out of tokens?
You can recharge lifetime iTokens that never expire from inside the profile section.
