Can I return my order?
We want you to love your Strongsize gear. If you are having second thoughts, we are happy to offer returns within 30 days after delivery. **Returns** All of our products carry a risk-free 30-day return window, with the exception of items marked as Final Sale. All items must be unworn (with the exception of trying on), unwashed, unaltered, and returned in their original packaging. What is your shipping policy?
Enjoy FREE SHIPPING on all U.S. orders $60 and over. Standard flat rate shipping is $8 for any orders under $60. Please note: All orders take 1-2 business days to process prior to shipping from our warehouse (located in Reno, NV).
How can I track my order?
A confirmation email will be sent to you with your order summary and **order number** as soon as you place your order. Once the order is placed, it can take up to 1-3 days for your order to be processed. Once the order is processed and shipped out, you will receive a follow up email with **shipment tracking** and a link to track your package. What sizes does Strongsize offer?
Strongsize offers big and tall clothing from sizes XL through 8XL. We don’t offer traditional tall sizes under the XLT naming convention as most of our styles come in our default Longer Length. However, we offer our t-shirts in Regular Length as well.
How do I find my correct size?

What payment methods are accepted?
We accept Visa, Mastercard, AMEX, Diners Club and Discover credit and debit cards. We also accept payment through digital wallets like Shopify Pay, Apple Pay, Google Pay and Paypal.
What countries do you ship to?
At the moment, we're shipping exclusively to addresses within the US. However, we're gearing up to expand our reach! Shipping to Canada is coming soon. Stay tuned for updates on our international shipping options.

Where are your products made?
Many of our products are made in Asia, which allows us to offer excellent quality clothing at reasonable prices. We regularly visit our factory partners to ensure that they are maintaining the quality standards we demand and also to witness the working conditions and environment in the factories. By working in major manufacturing hubs we ensure that the factories are compliant with all the municipal and state laws governing employment minimum wage, age and insurance.
Do your products shrink in the wash?
Our fabric isn't pre-shrunk, so you can realistically expect a 3-5% shrinkage at most. To keep it to a minimum, we recommend washing in cold water and hang drying or use the lowest heat setting possible.
