What are your turnaround times like?
It depends on the scope of the work. We put thought and care into every project. Our average timelines from concept to final product may look similar to those found below: \- Basic Design Projects—business cards, flyers, etc.: 2 business days \- Major Design Projects—pitch decks, logos, videos, etc.: 5 business days \- New Website Homepage: 7 business days \- Newsletters/Blogs: 3 business days \- Social Media Plan: 3 business days Every project is unique and different so larger, more complex projects will require additional time. Whatever the timeline, you’ll be the first to know. We promise transparency and daily check-ins.
What kind of things can you help me with?

What does communication look like?

We're unlimited, and that includes edits and revisions! We will always provide an ETA based on your edits and we won't stop until you're happy.
Which email clients does Smarty work with?
Our free scheduling software currently works in Gmail. Support for Microsoft Office365 (Online), Superhuman, Outlook Desktop and other platforms will be available in the near future. Let us know at feedback@smarty.ai if you want to use Smarty scheduling with a different email client today.
What browser do I need?

Who has visibility into the information that I’m sharing?
What you tell us depends on what you want us to do for you. You only share what you're comfortable with and we follow best practices for sharing and storing data. All of our human experts are background checked, and everyone at Smarty takes your security seriously. Your trust is our highest priority. At Smarty, we want to help reduce your mental load, not add more stress.
What data does Smarty collect?
We only collect data to help us help you, and we take the responsibility of any sensitive information very seriously. Your data is safely stored and accessed by our team only when required for your tasks. We rely on industry standard data technology and protection mechanisms to ensure the safety and security of your data and require that those who may also handle it do the same.
What about contracts or minimums?
We'd like you to work with us for a little while before taking a bigger step. We'll figure out a pilot program that makes sense. But you can always cancel at anytime.
Is there anything you can’t do?
We can do a LOT but there’s some things that we can’t (or won’t) do! In-person tasks, anything illegal or unethical, and other tasks may be out of our scope.
