About
SLEAP is an open-source deep-learning framework for multi-animal pose tracking. It's designed for tracking any type or number of animals, featuring an advanced labeling/training GUI for active learning and proofreading. It supports single- and multi-animal pose estimation with top-down and bottom-up training strategies. It also provides state-of-the-art pretrained and customizable neural network architectures. SLEAP allows fast training (15-60 minutes on a single GPU) and inference (up to 600+ FPS).
