Should I get a subscription or Top Up plan?
It depends on your needs. Top-Up plans are best for one-time jobs, while subscriptions are better for ongoing use, offer savings, and rollover unused credits.
What are credits?
Slazzer credits let you use the API, Desktop software, or Plugins to download full-HD images; 1 image = 1 credit. Previews are free on the website and 1/5 credit via API.
What images are supported?
Upload JPG, JPEG, or PNG images up to 12MB and 25MP. Larger images are resized. Subjects should be clearly in the foreground.
What are preview images?
Previews are low-resolution (0.25MP) and unlimited on the website; 1/5 credit via API.
Can I cancel/upgrade/downgrade my subscription?
Yes, you can cancel, upgrade, or downgrade at any time.
What if I am unsatisfied with the results?
Slazzer excels with products, people, and cars with clear foregrounds. Try the free site for a test; 2 free high-res images with signup. Premium users (10,000+ credits/month) only pay for images meeting quality standards.
What happens if I don't use all my credits?
Subscription plans rollover unused credits up to 6x your monthly amount. For example, a 1000 credit/month plan allows up to 7000 credits total.
What if I run out of credits?
You'll get an email at 85% credit usage. Once used, no more removals until next month. Upgrade or purchase a Top Up.
What payment methods are supported?
We use Paddle.com and accept major Credit Cards.
What's the API for?
The Slazzer REST API lets developers integrate background removal into websites/apps. See the API documentation for details.
How many images can I process simultaneously via API?
Slazzer processes up to 500 images/minute; higher rates available on request.
