I keep seeing Please click  Use Gemini Formulas to start, even I have clicked already. How to fix it?
Check if you are the owner of the current Google Sheets. You need to be the owner of the sheet to use this function. Create a new sheet or make a copy of the sheet and try again.
How to fix the “API Key is not set” error message?
Our product does not require a API Key. Therefore, this error message is from other add-ons that you have installed. Remove other add-ons in your Google Sheets will solve it.
Why do I keep seeing the “Exceeded maximum execution time” error message?
This error occurs when the AI’s response takes too long. To avoid this, use the custom instruction: “Response within 1000 words.” This prevents overly long responses that trigger the timeout.
I want to pay but I got stuck in the “Subscribe” button showing loading.
If the “Subscribe” button is stuck on loading, please allow pop-ups from “https://docs.google.com/” in Chrome’s settings under Privacy and Security > Site Settings > Pop-ups and Redirects.
How can I avoid unnecessary usage of credits due to Google Sheets’ auto-refresh feature?
To prevent unnecessary usage due to auto-refresh, use the “Save AI Formula as Result” button which converts the formula to a static result, preventing it from consuming additional credits upon each refresh.
