What if I’m not satisfied with the outlines Riki created?
Not to worry! To receive different outlines, simply go back and adjust your input to the form. Riki will then generate new outlines based on your updated preferences.
Can I upload my own references?
Yes! You can upload PDFs of your references. Then, Riki will read each and every one and use them in the writing.
What is included in the essay?
Essays include in-depth academic writing of your topic, in-text citations of recent, real, and relevant references, full academic chapters per your outline, full bibliography, and a translated version if requested.
What is the Assignment feature?
It's magic. You can simply drag & drop the PDF of your assignment, and that's it. Riki will then generate a complete solution including references, graphs, tables, interviews, pictures, and more as needed in the assignment.
Is the first assignment submission free?
Yes, your first submission is free, up to 1,000 words for non-Gold members. Gold members can submit up to 2,500 words.
How many credits are needed for more assignments?
After the free trial, only Gold members can submit assignments, and they cost 10 credits each.
Can Riki solve mathematical problems?
Yes, Riki can solve mathematical problems! However, highly complex questions, such as advanced accounting problems, integrals, optimization, etc. might not always yield 100% accurate results.
What is the Extract feature?
The Extract takes your research topics as input, and gives back a list summaries and citations of different references that you can use for your research.
How does the free trial work?
The free trial allows you to extract up to 10 articles. Gold members can extract up to 50 articles per request.
How many credits does each article cost?
Each article requires 1 credit.
Does Riki actually read the references?
Yes! Unlike most AIs, Riki actually reads fully each article and chooses articles that are most reverent to your research topics. Then Riki extracts the most relevant text from the sources and provides it as a list of citations.
How does the support ticket system work?
Log in to your dashboard and open a support ticket. We will respond within 24 hours max via the support ticket page, where you can continue communicating with a representative until your issue is resolved.
What kind of academic help do you provide?
Riki offers exclusive academic support to ensure users complete forms effortfully and accurately. This includes advice on selecting the right references customization, crafting the best chapter structure and research questions, and integrating your instructions into the actual writing.
Can I track my form submissions?
Yes, in the dashboard, you can see the status of your forms, including all your forms from the last 2 hours. Of course, you can always see the last 10 submission you made on your dashboard under Form Issues.
