Is it secure?
Yes, we use end-to-end encryption for data transfer and rely on Stripe for payment processing. All data is handled securely.
What file formats do you support?
We support PDF, DOC, DOCX, and ZIP archives of these. Also spreadsheets (XLS, XLSX, CSV) with public resume URLs. Password-protected files need password removal.
Can I use this for free?
Yes, you can upload up to 5 resumes at a time for free. Alternatively, you can set your own OpenAI key in Settings to remove all limitations and use the service for free.
How is my data being stored and processed?
We do not sell your data. We only store resume file fingerprints and parsed text for easy retrieval. All submitted data is yours and can be deleted from Settings.
The feature I want is not available. What should I do?
We are open to feedback and feature requests. Please reach out to us via support chat and share your team's use case to explore new functionalities.
Are "Unlimited resumes" really unlimited?
Yes, but a fair use and abuse policy applies. Ensure you are using the service for recruitment purposes only. We will contact you if abuse is detected.
It's too expensive for me. Can I get a discount?
We generally don't offer discounts, focusing instead on providing 10x value. For a particular use case or suggested price, contact us via support chat.
Can I cancel my subscription?
Yes, you can cancel at any time and retain access until the billing period ends. We do not offer refunds for the remaining period.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards and local payment methods via Stripe. Unfortunately, we do not accept PayPal, Crypto, or Bank transfers at this time.
Can I get an invoice?
Yes, you can download invoices from your account page by signing in and navigating to your Profile, then the 'Billing' section.
Can you integrate with our existing HR software or Applicant Tracking System (ATS)?
We are open to exploring integrations. Please contact us via support chat with details about your use case and suggested integration.
Can you help us with sourcing candidates?
No, we are currently only focused on helping you screen a large volume of resumes effectively.
Resume I've uploaded is failing to parse. What should I do?
We are actively improving our parsing engine, as PDF can be tricky. If a particular resume fails, please contact us via support chat for assistance.
Do you support non-English resumes?
We are working on supporting non-English resumes. If you have a specific language you'd like supported, please contact us via support chat.
If I submit the same resume twice, will it be counted twice?
No, exact duplicate resumes (same fingerprint) are counted as one. However, slightly different files, even for the same candidate, will be counted as two.
