Is it secure?
Yes, we use end-to-end encryption for data transfer and rely on Stripe for secure payment processing. Your data is handled with privacy in mind.
What file formats do you support?
We support PDF, DOC, DOCX resume files, ZIP archives containing these types, and spreadsheets (XLS, XLSX, CSV) with publicly accessible resume URLs.
Can I use this for free?
Yes, a free tier allows uploading up to 5 resumes at a time. You can also use your own OpenAI key in settings to remove all usage limitations for free.
How is my data being stored and processed?
We do not sell your data. We store resume file fingerprints and parsed text for retrieval. All submitted data is yours and can be deleted from the Settings page.
The feature I want is not available. What should I do?
We are open to feedback and feature requests. Please reach out via support chat with details about your team and use case to explore desired functionality.
Are "Unlimited resumes" really unlimited?
Yes, within fair use and abuse policy. The service must be used for recruitment purposes only. We will contact you if any abuse is detected.
It's too expensive for me. Can I get a discount?
We do not generally offer discounts, focusing instead on providing 10x the value. Contact our support chat to discuss your specific use case and suggested price point.
Can I cancel my subscription?
Yes, you can cancel at any time. You will retain access until the end of the current billing period. Refunds are not offered for the remaining period.
Can I change my subscription?
Yes, you can change your subscription anytime. You will be charged the difference between the old and new subscription. No refunds for the remaining period.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards and often local payment methods via Stripe. We do not currently accept PayPal, Crypto, or Bank transfers.
Can I get an invoice?
Yes, you can download invoices from your account page. Sign in, head to your profile, and click 'Billing' to access the invoices section.
Can you integrate with our existing HR software or Applicant Tracking System (ATS)?
We are open to exploring integrations with HR software and ATS. Please contact our support chat with your specific use case and suggested integration.
Can you help us with sourcing candidates?
Currently, our focus is solely on helping you screen and evaluate resumes effectively, not on sourcing new candidates.
Resume I've uploaded is failing to parse. What should I do?
We are continuously improving our parsing engine. If a specific resume fails, please contact our support chat, and we will try to fix it promptly.
Do you support non-English resumes?
We are working on supporting non-English resumes. Please contact our support chat if you have a particular language you would like us to prioritize.
