Do I need experience to use Resound?
No experience required. Resound is designed to be easy for podcasters of all experience levels to quickly edit out mistakes like umms and ahhs from their podcast.
Can I make edits to an existing episode after exporting it?
Upload your audio, then Resound automatically finds your umms and ahhs (and more in the future). After that simply review the edits to decide which ones you want to make, then export your file as a wav, mp3, or aaf.
Can I cancel or change my plan anytime?

What happens if I go over my usage limit and need more hours?
Whenever you hit your processing time limit (ex: 4 hours) we’ll automatically notify you within the app. You’ll have two options: Upgrade to the next plan or wait until your usage resets at the start of your next billing period.
How does Resound calculate audio processing time?
Time is calculated at the project level, based on the longest file length in that project.
What happens to unused processing time at the end of the month?
Unused hours expire at the end of your subscription billing period and renew at the start of the next period.
Can I purchase individual hours of processing time?
Once you hit your limit you can upgrade to a higher-paid plan to unlock more hours immediately or wait until your usage renews at the start of your next billing period. You can also request a custom plan by [contacting us here](/contact).
What payment methods does Resound accept?
Resound accepts credit and debit cards from Visa, American Express, Mastercard, Discover, Diners Club International, China UnionPay, and Japan Credit Bureau.
How can I get help choosing a subscription plan?
All new users can try Resound free for 14-days. You'll get 1 hour of AI processing time and access to all features. Then you can upgrade to a paid plan or keep using our limited free plan.
Where does Resound fit into my workflow?

What file formats and file sizes does Resound accept?

Does Resound cut out content automatically or do I have control?
You’re in control. Resound suggests the edits but you make the final decisions by reviewing your edits.
Can I make edits to an existing project after exporting it?
Yes! You can reopen any previous edit, make changes, and re-export it for free. However, projects are deleted 1, 15, 30, or 60 days after first export depending on which plan you are on.
