Quickcode gave me the wrong answer; what’s wrong with it?
Quickcode’s human-in-the-loop solution is designed to assist you in reaching the correct code faster than without Quickcode. If Quickcode suggests an incorrect classification, you can refine your description or add suggested terms to help the AI understand the product’s context better.
What is the difference between the green checkboxes and the white checkboxes?
Green checkboxes indicate selections made by the user, while white checkboxes represent selections made by the AI based on your description. Users can view other options and change selections at any time by opening the dropdown list of options.
How can I double-check I got the right classification?
During the classification process, you can view the HTSUS Notes and WCO Explanatory Notes for each chapter and subchapter. The ‘View Rulings’ link allows you to search the CBP CROSS database for relevant rulings based on your description.
How can I download the information on my completed classifications?
After completing a classification and pressing the “Done” button, Quickcode creates a PDF report containing the entered description, completion date, 10-digit classification, and any associated Notes and References.
How do you know Quickcode’s AI is working?
