Qex AI provides smart, email-capable AI assistants that can read, write, and take action on emails. These assistants are useful for various tasks, including customer support, personalized email marketing, cold emailing, lead qualification, surveys, policy compliance, and more. You can set up multiple assistants, each with its own mailbox and instructions. The AI uses a GPT-4 variant and requires no coding knowledge. Pricing includes a free trial with $25 credit, a $79/month plan with unlimited assistants and emails, and usage charges of around $0.05/1,000 characters. Enterprise plans are also available.

How does billing work?
With Qex AI, you get a free trial with $25 of usage credit. When your credit is low, we'll email you to sign up for a monthly plan. This unlocks the ability to top up your usage credit as needed. You also get a $50 usage credit every time your monthly plan is charged!
Is a payment (credit/debit) card needed to sign up?
No payment card is needed to sign up or do the free trial, but add a valid payment card before the usage credit runs out to unlock the monthly plan.
How does the usage credit work?
You get a $25 usage credit free when signing up. Once you sign up for a monthly plan, you can top this up. Qex AI Assistants use around 5 US cents ($0.05 USD) per 1,000 characters of email text. When your usage credit is running low, we'll email you to remind you to top it up. You also get a $50 usage credit every time your monthly plan is charged!
Can I cancel my subscription at anytime?
Yes, you can easily cancel at any time with no contract or obligation. Go to the "Manage Billing" section in your account and click the button to cancel.
What happens if I cancel my subscription?
If you cancel your monthly plan, your account will remain open and your prepaid usage credit will remain valid. Your AI Assistants will continue working until that credit is exhausted. You'll need to resubscribe to top up your usage credit.
