Is it possible to modify the default prompts?
You can duplicate the standard prompt ("Settings -> "Prompts") and modify its copy as you wish. Then, you can disable the standard prompt (there's a checkbox) and enable your own. And if you use shortcuts, you can remove it from the standard prompt and replace it with yours.
Is there an option to edit the keyboard shortcuts for Pismo?
Yes, you can change most of the prompt shortcuts, as well as functional shortcuts within the application's settings (Right-click on Pismo, then click "Settings" - prompt shortcuts can be managed in the "Prompts" tab, while other shortcuts can be changed in "Customisation" tab)
