What are the sign-up fees to use your service?
There are no sign-up fees to use our service.
What are the fees associated with switching to self-delivery?
There are no fees associated with switching to self-delivery. Only a decrease in the commission paid to your third-party delivery provider. You’ll save at least 10% on your current delivery commission fee.
How will you bill me, and how often?
We issue invoices on a weekly basis for services rendered during the previous week.
Are there any cancellation fees?
None. You can terminate your partnership with Pink Bot without paying any cancellation fees. To stop using self-delivery or switch your account back to your previous marketplace delivery, sign into your merchant account and select your previous membership level. No questions asked.
Is there a delivery radius?
Yes, we handle deliveries within 1.5 miles of the restaurant. For most Miami merchants, this covers 80% of all deliveries.
What happens when the delivery is further than 1.5 miles?
Your current third-party delivery provider will handle the delivery at the existing commission rate.
Do I need to change my POS technology?
No, we will work with your existing technology.
Who’s responsible for spilled/damaged orders?
Pink Bot is responsible for spilled or damaged orders.
Who handles restaurant support?
We value our restaurant relationships and will always provide top-level support. You will have a merchant support number and a designated Account Manager to call anytime.
Who handles customer support?
Pink Bot does. Customers/Eaters have a number of ways to reach both our support team and the courier handling their orders.
How do I sign up? What’s the process?
The process is simple and should only take 5-10 business days. We’ll help you through every step. 1. Review and sign the Pink Bot contract. 2. Pink Bot will begin the process of setting up self-delivery. The restaurant will need to email merchant support to request that they switch your delivery account to self-delivery (we have a template that can be shared). From there, they will email you back to confirm your request has been received. 3. Your existing provider will send a follow-up email asking for your delivery fee, radius, time, and if you would like a receipt printer. Pink Bot will respond on your behalf with the agreed-upon settings. 4. Your existing provider will then send another email with a new contract to sign to complete the self-delivery switch. Upon signing, the change will take effect within 24 hours, officially completing the switch.
How long does it take to complete the account switch to self-delivery?
On average, it takes 5+ business days to complete the account switch from the day we send the initial email to your existing provider requesting the account switch to the day you can start offering self-delivery.
How do I integrate with your service?
We require access to your existing merchant POS account and may need your POS credentials, depending on the technology you use. Pink Bot is a full-service company aiming to make this process as seamless as possible.
When can I start?
Today! Well, sort of. You can start delivering once your self-delivery account is set up and you’ve signed the Pink Bot contract. We are here to assist you and happy to help you transition to self-delivery.
Will I have to use robots to deliver?
Yes, robots play a crucial role in keeping delivery costs low. By using robots, we can reduce expenses and pass those savings on to you. Additionally, we have human couriers available to manage extra orders in case a robot cannot complete a delivery.
