How does PhotoEcom AI Product Photo Generator work?
PhotoEcom AI lets you upload product photo, We teach the AI on your product and then it generate images of your product. You can put your product in different settings, with different backgrounds, doing different actions. And best of all, you can do all this from your laptop or phone without having to pay an expensive photographer $100s or $1000s.
What file formats of photos do you accept for creating an product photo?
We accept JPG, PNG, WebP and AVIF files only. HEIC is not supported now, so you will have to convert those to JPG first
How long will it take to create my AI Product Photo?
Based on the current processing times, it takes about 30 minutes to create an AI Product Photo.
Can I get a refund?
Unfortunately, we cannot offer refunds as costs incurred for creating AI models and generating AI photos are extremely high. In turn, our upstream providers do not let us ask for refunds for the GPU processing time used to create your AI product and generate your AI photos.
What type of photos should I upload?
We recommend uploading photos with high variety, a mix of close-up photos and full body in a variety of places and angles. Do not upload photos with low variety, group photos, other products, photos where product is cut off or not visible.
What methods of payment do you accept?
We accept payments via credit or debit cards, including MasterCard, VISA, American Express, as well as iDeal, SOFORT, Bancontact, Przelewy24, Giropay, EPS, GrabPay, AliPay, and many more. However, we do not accept PayPal or cryptocurrency and are not planning to.
Is the payment service secure?
Yes, our payment service is secure. We use Stripe for financial processing, and we do not store any information about your card. Stripe ensures bank-level security standards.
Will the product photos have AI artefacts?
Sometimes yes. Depending on the quality of the uploaded photos, and the type of photos you take, you might see some AI artefacts. Any app that uses generative AI imaging will have artefacts.
How much will the product photos look like original?
The resemblance of the photos to you depends on the quality and variety of the photos you upload. The better and more varied your photos, the more accurately the AI can understand and represent your unique characteristics.
Who owns the pictures?
You do. We grant you full commercial license and ownership over your photos. We dont use them for any other purpose than training our AI model, which we delete after 7 days.
Can I use my photos anywhere?
Yes, you can use your photos anywhere you want. We grant you full commercial license and ownership over your photos.
