FAQs
Will I be billed if I don't cancel my trial before the 30-day trial period is over?
Absolutely not. You don't need to enter any billing information to start a trial. If you choose not to subscribe by the end of the trial, you will simply be downgraded.
What happens to my library if I don't subscribe after the trial or cancel my subscription?
You can always access and export your existing library after your trial or subscription has ended. You can also choose to delete your library at any time - just note that it can't be undone.
What payment types do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards including Visa, Mastercard, Discover, and American Express via "BUY NOW" button above.
How do I get a quote?
If your institution requires a quote before you can move forward with Papers, please complete [this form](https://readcube.wufoo.com/forms/z1d6x6tm16jwyux/) and you can expect to receive a quote within 1 business day. Please note if you need to pay by purchase order, you will need to request a quote first.
How can I cancel my subscription?
At any time, you can cancel your subscription through your account page. We also send renewal reminders 7 days before your next renewal in case you want to make any changes to your account. Even after your subscription expires, you will still be able to access your library to both read and export.
Can I purchase multiple years upfront?
Yes! You can purchase multiple years upfront (up to 3 years).
Can I use the AI Assistant across all of my devices?
Currently, the AI Assistant is only available in the web version of Papers. We are still in the early stages of exploring how this might expand in future releases.
