The answer depends on your business objectives: * FREE STARTER: suitable for those who only need a limited number of features, and are OK with “Powered by Obviyo” branding. * PERSONALIZE: suitable for those who need more advanced product features, excluding Powered by Amazon Personalize. * ENTERPRISE: suitable for those who need more advanced product features, including Powered by Amazon Personalize, and prefer a designated success manager.
Why advanced plan pricing is based on monthly page views?
Our production cost is proportional to the number of page views since our app is driven by the live actions of your online store visitors. Each page view is a buying signal that is processed by our algorithms to generate highly personalized recommendations in real time. We decided not to follow the prevailing pricing model of our competitors who charge for a percentage of revenue influenced by their app, resulting in a diminishing rate of return the more you use their app. Our page view pricing gives you total freedom to use as many Obviyo Growth Bots as you wish to generate as much new revenue as possible, knowing that you will not owe us more money if you are more successful while using of our app.
Do you offer custom pricing plans?
Yes, for Personalize and Enterprise merchants prepared to sign an annual agreement. In exchange we are prepared to offer you a fixed monthly fee plan based on your current number of page views and a reasonable volume discount. That way, you will benefit from a custom price based on your specific page view volume and the annual plan discount. Additionally, we’ll keep your monthly cost the same even if your number of page views increases during the term of the annual agreement.
What is the payment schedule?
Unless differently defined by a custom pricing and billing plan, you will be subject to monthly payments through Shopify.
What is the additional workload for our ecommerce team?
‘Smooth sailing’ starts once you complete the initial onboarding. Obviyo’s mission is to **_automate_** the most critical revenue generating functions of your Shopify store and to make your ecommerce team work smarter, not harder. Our Support team is on standby to assist in case you have questions or desire to further optimize your setup.
Is our Shopify store data private and secure?

Will your tag slow down our site?
No. Relative to your existing page load time, the impact is minimal.
How hard is it to remove Obviyo app from our store?
Not hard at all. Simply uninstall the Obviyo app from your Shopify store.
