MyVeloFit uses AI to provide online bike fitting and sizing. The fitting process mirrors professional methods, using a five-step process involving a mobility assessment, fit goal selection (for bike type and goals), video upload of the user riding, analysis of the video and the generation of recommendations, and finally adaptation to the changes made. The fitting tool also offers a sizing tool based on a Fit First approach that considers body proportions, riding position, and specific bike geometry. Different pricing plans are available, including a free plan.

Online bike fitting can be very effective for many riders. For others, in-person fitting is more beneficial. MyVeloFit provides personalized recommendations, and an Expert Review service is available.
What equipment do I need for my online bike fit?
You'll need a bike, trainer/rollers, a video camera/phone, and a way to upload the video. See our blog post for complete setup instructions.
I looked for MyVeloFit in the app store but can’t find it? How do I start?
MyVeloFit is a web app; you can access it on any device using your browser.
How do I get set up for my online bike fit?
Once signed in, you’ll be guided through setup steps, including bike placement, lighting, camera placement and video settings. Instructions are also available in our blog.
Do I really need a trainer or rollers to do a fit?
Yes, the software needs a stationary position with pedal resistance. Ask a friend for a trainer, or try leaning against a wall while pedaling (results may vary).
Will my bike fit recommendations be tailored for my specific cycling discipline?
Yes! Choose from road, gravel/CX, MTB, triathlon, time trial, or spin/exercise. Each bike type gives unique recommendations based on position and needs.
How long does it take to receive my bike fit recommendations?
After video upload, results are generated in ~90 seconds (can vary).
What is included in my bike fit report?

How often should I get re-fitted?
There’s no single answer. Re-fit if you experience pain/discomfort, fitness changes, mobility changes, injury, or new equipment.
Can your software help me set up cleats?
MyVeloFit identifies cleat position changes but doesn't offer recommendations. Use our helpful guide for cleat setup.
What is the MyVeloFit Sizing Tool, and how does it work?
Our AI-driven tool helps find ideal bike size based on body, style, and goals. After uploading a turning video, our AI measures your body and recommends bike models and sizes.
