What is Mersei?
Mersei lets you build your own ChatGPT-like chatbots for any knowledge base. You can embed these chatbots in your website or internal tools and share them with coworkers or employees.
How is my data secured?
All your data is stored in AWS servers following best practices on data storage, secure connections, and encryption.
Can Mersei speak any language?
While our website is only in English, you can use our chatbots in other languages. A Spanish prompt is likely to get a Spanish response.
Is there a free plan?
Yes, signing in gives you access to a chatbot and 5 messages per day; then you can train it with any integration.
Does Mersei use ChatGPT?
No, we use OpenAI's enterprise API, which differs from ChatGPT.
Is my data used for LLM training?
No. OpenAI will not use data submitted via their API to train or improve their models. This differs from the consumer-oriented ChatGPT.

Does your GPT provider store my data?
