What do I get exactly?
You get access to MemoryPlugin, the long-term memory solution for AI tools. Whether you use ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, TypingMind, or any other AI tool, you can use MemoryPlugin to have the AI remember important things for later, and pull from the memory when needed.
Are my chats private?
Yes! We care deeply about privacy. We only store summaries of important information, not the full chat. Your data is encrypted in-transit and at-rest. Your data is only used as needed to provide the service to you. You can delete any memory at any time from the dashboard.
Can I get a refund?
Yes! If you aren't fully satisfied with the plugin for any reason, you can request a refund within 7 days of your purchase. Just reply to the purchase email. Feedback is highly appreciated.
How to use it with TypingMind?
You need to install the plugin in TypingMind, and then keep using it as you normally do. When the model finds it necessary, it will save memories or look them up.
How to use it with Claude?
You need to install the Chrome extension. When you start new chats with Claude, you will see a button to Inject Memories. Click it to add existing memories into the chat, and enable the creation of new memories.
How to use it with Gemini?
You need to install the Chrome extension. When you start new chats with Gemini, you will see a button to Inject Memories. Click it to add existing memories into the chat, and enable the creation of new memories.
How to use it with LibreChat?
You need to install the Chrome extension. When you start new chats on LibreChat, you will see a button to Inject Memories. Click it to add existing memories into the chat, and enable the creation of new memories.

Here, you have two options: Install the Chrome extension. When you start new chats on LibreChat, you will see a button to Inject Memories. Click it to add existing memories into the chat, and enable the creation of new memories. Install the Custom GPT plugin in ChatGPT and then chat with the Custom GPT to get the memory powers. This works on the web and on iOS & Android.
Can I use it with the ChatGPT app?
Yes, you can use it with ChatGPT on the web and on iOS & Android. You need to install the Custom GPT plugin in ChatGPT and then chat with the Custom GPT to get the memory powers. You might need ChatGPT Plus to use the plugin. OpenAI sometimes disables plugins for free users.
Can I use it with Claude, Gemini, or other AI tools?

Can I use it on mobile?
Yes, you can. You can use the Chrome extension on Android with Kiwi Browser, you can use our Safari extension on iOS (link on dashboard), and you can use the TypingMind plugin on iOS and Android. These require using the web versions of the AI tools. ChatGPT supports using MemoryPlugin via the mobile and desktop apps through our Custom GPT plugin.
Help, my memory isn't fetched or saved automatically
While most of the time it should be, it's ultimately up to the model to decide when to call the memory function. But you can nudge it by asking it to remember something or telling it you've already discussed something.
What models can I use it with?
On the ChatGPT app, the Custom GPT will automatically use the latest available model. On TypingMind, you can use it with any model that supports function calling or tool use. OpenAI GPT and Anthropic Claude models do so, so does Gemini. The best experience will be with smarter models like GPT-4, Claude Sonnet/Opus, and Gemini Pro.
Can I delete my memories?
Yes, you are always in control. You can delete individual memories from our dashboard, or you can clear all of it in one go. Delete operations are permanent with no way to recover deleted memories.
What if I don't want to have anything remembered in a specific chat?
On TypingMind, you can turn off the plugin during that chat but be sure to turn it back on. Memories can be recalled and stored only when the plugin is active during a chat. On ChatGPT, memories are only stored when using the Custom GPT plugin. With the Chrome extension, memories are only stored if you inject memories into the chat.
