How many emails can I send everyday?
We do not set a limit to how many emails you can send daily. Our plans are built around how many new unique active contacts you outreach to on your account.
How many campaign sequence steps can I create?
Unlimited. You can create as many sequence steps as you want.
Can you provide leads for me to send emails to?
Absolutely! This would be part of our Done-For-You (DFY) Service which is a separate cost. Please contact us through the chat widget and we'll be happy to help.
Is Mails.ai fully automated?
You just need to upload your leads and setup your campaigns (which our AI Assistant will guide you). Then it runs completely on autopilot.
What are Active Contacts?
Active Contacts are unique email IDs you connected with in a month. Every month the counter is reset, and you can again connect with up to unlimited new unique email IDs (contacts). So no need to delete old contacts or data. It's just how many new users can be contacted in the month
If a campaign runs into the following month, will it count towards my monthly limit of Active Contacts?
Active Contacts are only counted from the first email. So, let's say you started a campaign with 5k contacts in January, which continues into February. If it's in the same campaign, it'll not utilize your February Active Contacts credits, as credits are only counted on the first email of every sequence. So even if the month is changed during followup, it's not using your credits. We also offer Unlimited Active Contacts in our Pro Plan.
Can I connect any type of email accounts?
Yes, Mails.ai allows you to connect any email account, including Google Workspace, Outlook, Zoho, and even custom accounts through SMTP. You can even connect free Gmail accounts.
What is Mailbox Warmup?
Mailbox Warmup is a process of sending normal emails from an email account to users within our warmup pool in order to avoid being marked as a promotion-only account. This helps to prevent your account from being flagged as a promotional-only account, and improves the likelihood that your emails will be delivered to recipients' inboxes. Our aim is to create natural-seeming email conversations that are more likely to bypass spam filters and reach your intended audience.
What is Campaign Warmup?
Campaign Warmup is our second layer of email warmup focused on content-based detections. It involves sending a specific campaign email to accounts related to the target audience and constantly training algorithms by marking the email as not spam. The goal is to provide enough non-spam reports for the algorithm to be trained not to mark that specific email content as spam. This process is similar to the way Google's spam filters are trained with user feedback. By combining relevancy-focused Mailbox Warmup with Campaign Warmup, to offer one of the most powerful warmup systems for today's internet.
