How is my data handled?
OpenAI's secure API is used when your files re analyzed. All generated notes and information is held in our servers and cannot be accessed by anyone.
When can I cancel my subscription?
You can cancel your subscription at any time by going to Dashboard -> Settings -> Manage Billing.
What happens if I've run out of documents, Albert questions, or assessment questions?
If you've reached the limit of the free tier, you will need to upgrade to Opal+ or wait until the next month to be able to analyze more documents.
