What are the recent big changes in real estate?
The real estate landscape is undergoing significant changes that affect how buyers and agents interact. Starting in August 2024 when Landian launched its Beta, a major legal settlement prohibited most MLS from displaying commission incentives.
Can I get a buyer agent rebate?
In the advanced options box on the agent matchmaking screen, if the seller provides any commission to buyer agents, you can request to receive that amount as a rebate.
How does the buyer-agent matching process work on Landian?

What if my request is not accepted by an agent?
If no agents match with or accept your request, we will issue a credit for a free future booking (no booking fee).
What if there are no agents in my area?
Once you place your request, our operations team will proactively search for an agent, possibly from a nearby area, who can assist you. If we are unable to fill your request, your booking fee will be refunded.
Can I search for homes directly on Landian?
Landian is not a property search platform. It is a tool designed to help you privately manage and organize property information for your personal use.
What property types does Landian work for?
Landian is designed for the purchase of residential properties, such as houses and land.
The home I want to buy isn’t importing properly. What should I do?
If the property you're interested in is not importing properly into Landian, simply forward the listing from another website to hello@landian.co. We'll add it to Landian for you.
How can I tour properties using Landian?
To tour properties with Landian, simply paste the property listing link into Landian's platform. You can then schedule a tour at your convenience.
