It is designed to be easily configurable and extensible, providing ready-to-use algorithms for automating human communication. It offers features such as In-Memory NLP, decision behavior rules, API connector, and templating. Deployment options include Google Cloud Platform, Red Hat OpenShift, Amazon Web Services, and on-premise using Docker containers. Labs.ai, founded in Vienna by Franz Weber and Gregor Jarisch, provides support and knowledge transfer in chatbot development.
