How does Knowbase work?
Knowbase is Dropbox and ChatGPT combined. You store your files in the Library and have access to all the information collected in them, simply by asking a question on the chat.
Is there a free plan?
Yes, just by signing up you get 100 MB storage space and 25 questions per month. You can use it to test how Knowbase works.
How many files can I store in my knowledge base?
You can store as many files as you want depending on the available space and number of uploads. For example Standard plan allows you to store up to 10GB of files.
Can I upload multiple files at once?
Yes, you can upload up to 100 files at once. Those can be PDFs, Word documents, PowerPoint presentations, video and audio recordings or YouTube videos pasted by links.
What types of files do you support?
You can upload files in following formats: PDF, MP4, MP3, TXT, PPTX, PPTX, DOCX, DOC + YouTube
What’s the maximum duration of video or audio recordings that I can upload?
Knowbase transcribes video and audio recordings from speech to text. For the Standard plan, you can transcribe up to 900 minutes of video or audio recordings in multiple files.
How long will it take to transcribe my video or audio recording?
It depends on the size of your file. For example 700MB 2,5h video file takes approx. 6 minutes to transcribe.

How many files can I store in my knowledge base?
You can store as many files as you want depending on the available space and number of uploads. For example Standard plan allows you to store up to 10GB of files.
How large my files can be?
Knowbase let's you upload up to 1GB large files. You can upload any type of file that is that large, most likely it would be video recording but it might as well be PDF or PPTX presentation.
What counts as one query?
One query equals one question asked to your knowladge base.
How many YouTube videos I can transcribe?
If the video is in English you can transcribe as many videos as you want. If it is not in English, than it will be transcribed as standard file using avaliable transcription time you have.
What is transcription time?
Transcription time means the total length of the video/audio file expressed in minutes that you can transcribe for each plan: Free plan: 0 (ENG Youtube only) | Basic: 180 minutes| Standard: 900 minutes | Pro: 1800 minutes
What counts as one upload?
One upload means that one complete file has been succesfully uploaded and processed by Knowbase.
