If I’m already using Triple Whale and Northbeam, can I use them together with Kendall? How easy is it to switch to Kendall?
Yes, you could absolutely use Kendall concurrently with other analytics/attribution apps. Kendall provides similar first-party attribution capabilities with additional benefits like lower cost and website conversion breakdowns (to help with your CRO effort). If you're currently using Triple Whale, Northbeam or Hyros, you can switch to Kendall very smoothly - you don't even need to change your existing UTM tracking parameters, since Kendall can read them!
If I don't like Kendall, how easy is it to cancel Kendall?
Cancelling Kendall is straightforward and hassle-free. There are no long-term contracts, so you can cancel at any time without a penalty. Simply go to your Shopify Admin -> Apps -> Uninstall.
Do I have to make changes to my theme to use Kendall?
No, Kendall's native integration with Shopify means you won't need to make any changes to your theme. We leverage Shopify's built-in pixel, ensuring your website remains fast and efficient.
