Can I try the Journo AI platform before I pay for a subscription?
Absolutely! All journalists who sign up to the Journo AI platform get a free plan by default, this includes 5,000 credits (5,000 words of output). This allows you to navigate the platform, see what workflows we automate and try 8-10 workflow automation tasks for yourself, per month, before paying for a Starter Plan (50,000 credits) monthly or a Pro Plan (200,000 credits) monthly.

How do credits work? Do I keep the credits I didn't use the previous month?
1 credit = 1 word of output. This makes it extremely easy to track and understand your usage during the month, especially with our usage and billing tab where you can see your daily usage throughout the month, when your credits are due to reset and to manage your plan.
How do I access Chat-GPT 4o and Claude 3 Opus Models using Journo AI?
Journo AI has built-in industry leading AI models in our document editor platform tab. This allows you to prompt these AI models exactly how you wish, without a separate Chat-GPT or Claude 3 subscription!
Is the payment service secure?
Yes, our payment service is secure. We use Stripe for financial processing, and we do not store any information about your card. Stripe ensures bank-level security standards.
Can I upgrade or downgrade my subscription?
Yes, you can upgrade or downgrade your subscription at any time. Go to the Journo AI app dashboard when you are logged in and click Plans & Billing, click manage plan and you will be redirected to Stripe's billing portal where you can switch plans at any time.
Can I cancel my subscription at any time?
You can cancel your subscription at any time. Go to the Journo AI app dashboard when you are logged in and click Plans & Billing and then Manage Plans, you will be redirected to Stripe's billing portal where you can download invoices, switch plans and cancel your subscription.
Can I get a refund?
Unfortunately, we cannot offer refunds as costs incurred for creating sophisticated AI outputs for Journalism are extremely high. In turn, our upstream providers do not let us ask for refunds for the GPU processing time used to automate your workflows.
