When is my billing cycle?
We charge upfront based on the day you sign up. If you sign up on the 15th, you will be charged on the 15th of every month. If you sign up on the 31st, you will be charged on the 31st of every month. Additional charges will be prorated.
How will I be notified if I'm reaching my plan limits?
You will be notified by email if you approach your plan limits.
What are the differences in support options between plans?
All premium plans have access to our support team. Sandbox users are not yet eligible for support. Pro and Maverick users have access to our support team via email and phone. Enterprise users have access to our support team via email, phone, and Slack with SLA's available on request.
Explain your data retention policy between plans and how does it pertain to security?
We don't store data for a very long time due to user privacy. We are seeking SOC 1 compliance right now. Inquire by emailing security@jonbonae.com.
How are payments processed?
We use Stripe to process payments. We do not store your card information, nor do we share payment data with any other third parties.
