Jigo AI is an AI-powered tool designed to automate contract review for non-lawyers. It helps users identify key terms, understand their meaning, and check for potential red flags based on industry knowledge and data. The tool extracts key terms, explains them, and provides market norms and rates along with cited source URLs. It also features an AI QnA Chat for users to ask questions within the contract. Jigo AI prioritizes data privacy by using Azure OpenAI services, ensuring that contracts are not sent to OpenAI or used to train their AI models.

FAQs
How does it work?
Uploaded contracts are read and key terms are extracted . Each term is then used as a query to search various data sources for information , summarized and compared to our market data. We call out certain terms as 'uncommon' when we find it to be outside of what can be considered market.
How accurate are the results?
Our results are only as good as our market data which gets better as more people use the service. Keep in mind that there could be outlier terms that we were not able to detect. And you should always consult legal professionals for legal advice.
Is my document sent to ChatGPT or any other LLM provider?
We convert the PDF to plain text and use our instance of Azure OpenAI services to analyze and generate the results and do not interact with any services operated by OpenAI. This means that your documents are not made available to other customers, OpenAI and is secured.
Is there a limit to the number of documents I can upload?
There are no limits at this time. But this may change in the near future.
Does it support any language?
Uploading is possible and our AI engine will try to read it. Results have not been tested or optimized for languages other than English.
