JADBio is an automated machine learning (AutoML) platform designed for accelerating drug discovery and precision health research. It uses no-code machine learning to automate the discovery of biomarkers and interpret their roles based on research needs. How do I get started?
When you sign up, you're on a Free Basic Plan by default. Unless you have selected a specific plan to try, you will get to test out the Researcher plan.
What is your pricing policy?
We base our pricing on 4 variables: the feature plan you’d like to use, whether you have an academic affiliation, the subscription payment method and the number of seats on the platform. Once you’ve signed up, your 14-day trial period begins. No payment is requested at this point. Payment can be made after the trial ends according to the plan that you have selected. Please make sure that you are aware of our annual discounts.
What is included in the Free Basic Plan?
The Free Basic Plan enables Researcher plan’s functionalities.
What happens if my trial period ends?
Before your trial ends, you’ll receive a notification giving you the option to convert to a paid plan or continue your free use with limited functionalities.
What are the limited functionalities I get after my trial ends?
After your trial ends you get continuous access to JADBio's Basic Plan at no cost. There, you still have full access to your account's information and the results of the analyses you performed during your trial. However, you won't be able to perform a survival analysis, define clustered data, view supervised dimensionality reduction plots, download text reports and have access to advanced features such as API usage, batch analysis or image analysis.
The analysis has been running for 1 hour and it is still at 5%. Is this normal?
That depends on the amount of data uploaded. In any case you can see the progress of the analysis in the application. When the analysis has finished you will be notified in the dashboard.
How long does it take to create a model?
It is normal to take long with such big datasets. Especially, if is is a multi-class problem.
Will JADBio work for any ML? Random Forests, deep learning as well?
JADBio performs AutoML using a predefined set of ML algorithms arranged in a pipeline. Particularly for modeling it automatically runs, Ridge Logistic Regression, Decision Trees, SVMs and Random Forests. Very soon we will be adding to this list: boosting trees (XGboost) and artificial neural networks (not Deep Learning per se).
Can JADBio analyze medical images?
Not yet, but very soon we will be able to support the use of pre-trained networks for modeling image data.
Does anyone need a JADBio account to collaborate?
No, regardless of the plan you are using, you can create a link with your analysis results that you can share among your colleagues.
