Why wouldn't I just hire a full-time software engineer?
For starters, the annual cost of a full-time senior-level designer now exceeds $250,000, plus benefits. Aside from that, you may not always have enough work to keep them busy at all times, so you're stuck paying for time you aren't able to utilize.
Is there a limit to how many requests I can have?
Once subscribed, you're able to add as many design requests to your queue as you'd like, and they will be delivered one by one.
How fast will I receive my designs?
The speed of delivery will depend on your plan. The Starter plan is limited to 1 request at a time, and the Pro plan is limited to 2 requests at a time. The Enterprise plan is limited to 3 requests at a time.
Who are the developers?
We're a lean agency of handful of software engineers. Alvin, our Founder and CEO, has founded 2 other startups in the AI space, and has trained the team to deliver high quality work in a streamlined manner.
What is your tech stack?
We typically build our apps using the MERN stack (MongoDB, Express, React, Node.js). If you choose the mobile development add on, then we will switch out React with React Native. We also use a variety of other tools and technologies, including but not limited to: Azure, GCP, OpenAI, Stable Diffusion, and more.
What kind of AI do you specialize in?
We are experts in incorporating Generative AI into SaaS apps. This includes text generation, image generation, speech to text, and text to speech. We also have experience with computer vision, NLP, and more.
How do I request features?
We offer a ton of flexibility in how you request designs using Trello. Some common ways clients request features is directly via Trello, sharing Google docs or wireframes, or even recording a brief Loom video.
What if I only want an initial prototype or MVP?
That's perfectly okay! You can pause your subscription once your prototype or MVP is finished and return when need additional dev work. There's no need to let the rest of your subscription go to waste.
Are there any refunds if I don't like the service?
Due to the high quality and intense nature of the work, we will not issue refunds.
