IFRO is a chatbot CMS that allows for headless deployment, offering voice and text support within a single scenario. It leverages ReadSpeaker for high-quality AI voice synthesis and features an intuitive GUI for scenario creation. Integrations include LINE, Alexa, and Webhooks. Pricing plans range from free to enterprise level with varying limits on active users, templates and synonyms. Note that new registrations are currently suspended.

FAQs
What payment methods are available?
Enterprise plan excludes credit card payments; other plans only accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, Diners Club, and JCB.
Are annual or lump-sum payments possible?
Currently, only monthly billing is available for plans other than Enterprise. Contact us for annual or one-time payment options.
Is credit card registration required for the Free plan?
No credit card registration is required for the Free plan.
Does the Free plan have an expiration date?
The Free plan has no expiration date. While not ideal for full use, it allows testing of all skill-creation features.
Does the monthly active user limit apply per skill?
The monthly active user limit applies to the entire account, not individual skills.
What happens if the monthly active user limit is exceeded?
Exceeding the limit results in skill unavailability until the next month or a plan upgrade.
What happens to my skills and data if I change plans?
Your skills and data remain unchanged after a plan change.
What happens if payment fails?
A payment link will be emailed to your registered address. Your account will be suspended, and skills will be unavailable until payment is completed.
