How the minutes are calculated as usage?!
The number of minutes used will be equal to the input video length. For example, if you load a 10-minute video, your usage time will be deducted by 10 minutes.
What is the Rewrite with AI feature?!
When translating text, you may notice an increase in word count. Our Rewrite with AI feature addresses this by condensing the text while preserving its original meaning, ensuring a more natural voiceover experience.
Voice Cloning applies to which languages?!
You can clone voices when translating from any source language to the following 32 target languages: English, Chinese, Spanish, Hindi, Portuguese, French, German, Japanese, and more.
What payment methods you accept?!
You can pay online via stripe payment gateway (Visa, MasterCard cards ...).
Can I cancel the subscription anytime?!
Of course, you can always cancel your subscription. To do that, go to the Billing page and click Cancel button.
What happens to my unused minutes at the end of the month?!
Unused minutes do not roll over into the next month. Your subscription will automatically renew and your minutes will reset.
Can I still use my remaining minutes if I cancel my subscription?!
Yes, after cancelling, you can still use your remaining minutes until the subscription ends.
Can I upgrade/downgrade my subscription?!
You can upgrade/downgrade the subscription by choosing the plan according to your needs, the system will automatically cancel the old plan and subscribe to the new one.
