Gustaf is a comprehensive vacation rental software that centralizes booking management for properties listed on platforms like Airbnb, Booking.com, and HomeAway. It offers calendar synchronization via iCal links, allowing users to manage all reservations and block dates from a single interface. The tool automates cleaning staff routines by assigning tasks based on checkout times and sending notifications. A key AI-powered feature is the Airbnb Reviews Generator, which automatically crafts guest reviews. Gustaf also provides invoicing automation for reservations and automates guest messages at five key times to enhance satisfaction and reduce direct host contact. Future integrations include Amazon Alexa Skills for guest inquiries and a full channel manager.

FAQs
How can I use Gustaf system free of charge?
Basic plan is free forever. Premium plan has 14 days free trial. If you are on Premium Trial without your card entered, you will automatically be downgraded to Basic plan if you don't enter card details.
How does Gustaf's pricing work?
The Basic plan of Gustaf is available for accounts of up to 2 properties with reduced functionality. Gustaf Premium pricing is per property. It can be paid monthly and annually. Annual price is discounted.
I need to change the number of properties on Premium plan. How does it work?
If you add a property during your Premium subscription period, you’ll only be charged for the days remaining until your next billing cycle. If you reduce the number of properties in the account, you will get a credit that will reduce your next bill.
What is your refund policy?
We do not offer refunds apart from the following exception: cancelling within 48 hours of your subscription’s initial purchase or renewal will result in a full refund. If you cancel within this timeframe, you will lose access to paid features and associated data immediately upon cancelling. If you cancel your plan before the next billing cycle, you will retain access to paid features until the end of your subscription period.
Are there any additional fees to be aware of?
We have NO hidden fees. No additional payments. All clear.
What forms of payments are accepted?
We accept all major credit and debit cards. We use Stripe for our payments processing. It is completely safe, we don't even store your card details on our servers.
Will I be charged sales tax or VAT?
Yes. We will apply state and local sales tax based on your billing address to your total charge if you are based in US or respective country's VAT tax if your billing address is in Europe.
What is your cancellation policy?
You can cancel at any time. When you cancel, your account will be closed immediately and data deleted withing 48 hours. You’ll still be billed for the full month as your credit card is charged at the start of the billing period. Please note that Gustaf does not provide refunds except in case described above.
