FAQs
How do credits work?
Each month, you receive credits to generate and download CAD models. Unused credits expire after one month. You also receive 50 free credits daily upon login, which also expire after one month if not used. Each successful CAD generation via chat costs 5 credits, while failed attempts are free. Downloading CAD models with parameters (e.g., FreeCAD) costs 20 credits, and without parameters (STEP, IGES, STL, GLB) costs 10 credits.
How can I upgrade or cancel my plan?
To upgrade or cancel your non-free plan, please contact us at athena@gnucleus.ai. We are currently setting up payment options, and once available, you will be able to upgrade or cancel your subscription on your own.
What CAD systems do you support?
We support CAD systems based on Brep, including Solidworks, Creo, Catia, NX, and more. Our web tools currently support FreeCAD and Tiangong CAD (China region only), with plans to add Solidworks in Q4 2024.
