To get the best results with MagicFormula, it is important to clearly define your goals, test and verify the generated formula. You can also try changing the prompts to see if this results in more accurate.
Can I try your tool for free before committing to a subscription?
Yes, we offer a free trial of our tool, which allows you to test all of its features before committing to a subscription.
Can I request refund?
We can offer a refund for up to 14 days. After that, we do not issue full or partial refunds.
Can I cancel my subscription?
You can cancel your subscription anytime in your account. Once the subscription is cancelled, you will not be charged next month. You will continue to have access to your account until your current subscription expires.
What if I am not satisfied with my purchase?
Within 14 days of your initial purchase, we offer our customers a full refund - no questions asked. Simply email us at contact@getmagicformula.com and our team will be happy to assist you. After 14 days, you can cancel your subscription anytime in your account. Once the subscription is cancelled, you will not be charged next month & you will continue to have access to your account until your current subscription expires (end of the month)
Can I upgrade or downgrade my subscription?
We offer two subscriptions - Basic and Pro. You can upgrade or downgrade at any time.
Do I have to enter my credit card information to sign up?
No! We strongly believe in giving users the opportunity to test use the tool before withdrawing your credit card. All we need is an email!
