How do I cancel my subscription?

Why did my login fail?
Login errors can occur when you use an incorrect username or password on Google or Facebook. Please double-check your login details and try again. If the problem persists, please contact our Support Team for further assistance.Sign In with Google & Facebook -Your login may be blocked for a variety of reasons, such as a problem with the third-party service. Please ensure that the email address associated with your Google or Facebook account matches the one you’re using to sign in.Sign In with Apple ID -If you’ve attempted to sign in using Apple ID multiple times, it’s possible that your account has been temporarily locked as a security measure. Please wait a while and try again.
How do I delete my account?
Before we proceed with the deletion, please note that this action is permanent and cannot be undone. All of your account information will be permanently removed. It may take up to 30 days for all of your data to be fully deleted from our system.To delete your account, please follow these steps: 1. Open the app and go to your profile/account page. 2. Click on “Delete My Account” in red. 3. For Web users, this button will be in the “Need Help?” dropdown. 4. Confirm that you want to delete your account. Your account will be automatically deleted and your data will be cleaned up over time. Will all of my data be deleted when I delete my account?
Deleting your account will result in the permanent removal of your data from our system. All of your account information and created prompts will be cleaned up over time.This action is irreversible, so we recommend saving any important creations before you delete your account.
Can I remove the images that I uploaded?
Yes, you can remove your uploaded images on Gencraft.Follow these steps to permanently remove your uploaded images from Gencraft:1. Go to the "My Library" tab on Gencraft.2. Select "My Uploads."3. Select the images you want to remove.a. On iOS and Android, long press an image in your Recently Used to select4. Select Delete.
How long does Gencraft store my creations?
Our Pro users enjoy lifetime data retention, and never have to worry about losing their creations.For Free users, we keep creations for 30 days before automatically removing them from our servers.We recommend upgrading to a paid plan or saving any important creations to your device if you wish to keep them for a longer period.
What is a negative prompt?
We recommend using “negative prompts” to remove unwanted objects and attributes from your generations. By telling Gencraft what to avoid, you’re narrowing down the possibilities and focusing on producing the results you want.It’s a powerful tool for enhancing the quality and relevance of your creations.
When will I receive more prompt credits?
Free users have a “Refresh countdown” on their Account tab that indicates when they will receive 5 more daily prompts. This countdown is based on when you first logged into Gencraft.For more prompts, we recommend upgrading to our Pro plan. We offer two types of Gencraft Pro: Weekly Access and Monthly Access (Save 50%)!
How do I generate videos on Gencraft?
Video Generation is only available to our subscribed users!If you are a subscribed user and want to try out the video generation feature, follow these steps:1. Log into your account.2. Switch to the “Video Gen” tab on the Generate page.3. Type a prompt and start creating!4. Feel free to Publish or Download your finished video.

Gencraft is an AI model that transforms your prompts into unique images. While we strive for accuracy, some unpredictability is inherent in Gencraft's creations.We are committed to making Gencraft a safe platform for everyone. Although your image or video does not directly violate our Content Policy, we occasionally restrict images that do not satisfy our internal standards for content quality.If your prompt does not promote any of our restricted categories, we encourage you to resubmit it.
