Is a credit card required for the starter plan?
Not required at all! You can sign up with either your Google or Microsoft account and start using our platform right away.
Can I unsubscribe anytime?
Yes, you can. Please write to hi@floik.com if you'd like to unsubscribe from any of your paid plans.
What happens if I exhaust the free plan?
You will be able to edit the 5 Flos that are published and they can be shared with anyone/anyhwere on the web.
What happens to my Flos if I download from a paid to a free plan?
You can still access the Flos that you have created and the customizations added earlier will remain intact.
What happens to my Flos if I upgrade to a Pro or Pro+ account?
You can get help from our support team to move the Flos to the upgraded account as well.
Can I change the credit card details used for payment?
Yes you can change your credit card details for future payment. Just write to us at hi@floik.com and we will send you a payment link where the changes can be made.
Can I get access to my payment history?
Yes you can find your past payments within the billing section in the Floik app. You can also access your past invoices too if required.
