How does the free plan work?
Our free plan offers individuals essential tools to get started with fine-tuning. It includes access for one user, one project and dataset, up to 1,000 logs per month, and $10 in free credits for open-source inference.
What counts as a log?
A log is a recording of an LLM's input and output, capturing each interaction. It includes additional metadata such as user feedback, corrections, evaluation results, and model details.
How long does it take to create a custom AI model?
If you have an existing dataset, you can simply upload it and start fine-tuning directly. Setting up our SDK to track production data takes only a few minutes. With these resources, you'll be ready to fine-tune and deploy models.
Is my data secure?
Yes, your data is encrypted in transit and at rest, remains private to your account, and is never shared with third parties or used to train any models. All data is stored on servers located in Europe, and our platform undergoes regular security assessments.
Can I export my data?
Yes, you can export all your data at any time directly from the platform.
Do I pay for OpenAI, Anthropic, etc., separately?
Yes, FinetuneDB requires you to bring your own API key from your AI provider. You manage and pay for usage with these providers separately, offering flexibility with your terms and direct access to any fine-tuned models.
What data formats are supported?
FinetuneDB supports JSONL format according to OpenAI specifications.
Can I use my own model or other providers?
Yes, our APIs and SDKs allow integration with models from various providers, including self-hosted models via vLLM.
