About
EyeLevel's GroundX is a platform for building Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) applications. It's designed for regulated enterprises, prioritizing accuracy, security, and scalability. GroundX comprises four systems: ingest, store, search, and eval. The ingest system uses a fine-tuned vision model to process various document types, converting them into LLM-ready data. Data is stored securely and encrypted, and GroundX Search offers high accuracy even at scale. The eval system includes tools like X-Ray for visualizing document parsing and a retrieval viewer. GroundX is available in cloud and on-premises versions, with various pricing plans including free trials, and supports multiple deployment options for diverse enterprise needs.

FAQs
How do you charge for the service?
We have two models: Cloud and On Prem. For cloud accounts, we charge for ingesting, processing and searching your data. Storing your data is 100% free. Our free and starter plans have data caps. Our enterprise plan has unlimited ingest and search. For On-Prem accounts (which you can run on your premises or cloud), we have a free, open-source version for non commercial use and a commercial version which includes faster ingest and search, premium ingest and custom fine tuned models, unlimited updates, white glove support and can be scaled to any workload.
What is premium ingest and custom fine tune ingest?
Premium ingest combines our best vision model with a human in the loop to ensure every page is ingested perfectly. Custom fine tune ingest makes it possible to fine tune our vision model on your enterprise documents for the highest level of accuracy and data privacy. These options are only available in our enterprise plans.
What does the enterprise plan offer?
Enterprise plans are custom built around your needs. We offer unlimited ingest, search and storage with access to our premium ingest servicem custom fine tuned models and white glove customer support. You are charged on a usage basis with discounts for volume.
Do you offer discounts?
Yes, we offer significant discounts on most of our services based on volume.
Do you work with dev shops and resellers?
Absolutely. We love working with distributors. We offer generous incentives including a percentage of sales for the length of any contract and volume discounts for your projects and clients.
What's your policy on data privacy and security?
All data you upload to EyeLevel is encrypted at rest and transit. With some of our cloud tools, parts of your data are sent to an external LLM like GPT for processing. Our contract states they won't store or train on your data. On prem installations run completely contained in your security environment and make no outside calls. Importantly: Your data is 100% yours. You upload it. You own it. The outputs of our system are yours as well.
Can I cancel any time?
Yes. You can cancel at any time. Your ingest and search will return to the caps on the free tier. We'll continue to hold your data for free in case you want to boot up your app again.
Can I purge my data?
Yes. Use our APIs or no code tools to delete your data. You can also contact us to purge your account.
