Is the data that I share with Capacity secure?
Answer Engine® is ISO/IEC 27001 certified. It allows you to keep your existing security intact, so your files are at least as secure as they are in your current environment. Users only see answers from data they are authorized to see.
What are the resource ramifications on my team while onboarding Answer Engine®?
There is very minimal effort required on the client-side. You won’t need to have a dedicated “librarian” curating, updating or maintaining content. It will be up and running after a few short weeks.
How much tagging and/or training of the content is required to get Answer Engine® to the point of beneficial usage?

Answer Engine® can engage with most common document, PDF, text, audio, image and video file formats.

Capacity Answer Engine® uses machine learning to improve over time based on user feedback. In essence, the more user interactions, the better the Answer Engine® works.
How long does it take to deploy Capacity Answer Engine®?

What does it take to get Answer Engine® up and running?
Everything you need to get Capacity Answer Engine® going is included in the base price.
