Chatbot building and implementation charges are very subjective and are decided on the complexity of flow of the bot. A small flow takes less time and hence less money. A complex flow will require more time and hence more investment.
Do we have to pay for meta approved whatsapp templates?
No, there is no charge for Meta approved WhatsApp templates.
How does Engati 7 day free trial work?
Engati’s 7 day free trial lets you leverage the full capabilities of the platform for 7 days in a sandbox environment. Once your free trial is over, you can upgrade to a paid plan to keep using the platform.
What are the WhatsApp Messaging restrictions during the 7 day free trial period?
Since you’d be using a sandbox setup to explore WhatsApp messaging capabilities, you will not be able to send out any messages from your brand’s number. They will all go from Engati’s sandbox number and you can add upto 5 users in your contact list. This is majorly for your internal testing purposes.
How do automatic payments work?
Engati lets you set up auto-pay your payments. You can choose it in our portal under your Account Settings.
Is it free to make a Shopify store?
No, Shopify charges are separate from Engati. You can check them on Shopify’s pricing page.
