What happens at the end of my Free Trial?
At the end of your **14-day Free Trial**, you’ll have the option to upgrade to a **Pro Subscription** or continue with the free version of Digs. If you choose not to upgrade, your workspace will **downgrade** to a limited version with reduced features.
Can I keep my files if I don't upgrade?
Yes! You’ll still have access to your **existing projects and files**. However, features like **Company Files** will no longer be accessible.
What are the key benefits of upgrading to Pro?
A **Pro Subscription** unlocks powerful tools that help teams work more efficiently. If your team manages multiple projects, Pro ensures you have stay organized and collaborate efficiently.
Do I need to pay for my client or vendors?
No, your clients and collaborators are free to invite to your projects, you will only pay for yourself and your company team members.
Can I collaborate under my free plan?
Yes, Collaborators are always free. You do need a paid plan to create more than one project.
Can I cancel if I no longer need Digs, and if so do I retain my project(s) data?
Yes, you can cancel a monthly subscription at any time. Accounts on annual subscriptions can be canceled and will not renew for the following billing cycle.
Do I commit to a year contract or can I go month-to-month?
Digs provides the option of a month-to-month or annual subscription, providing you with more flexibility.
